Dear Friends of Stoneking:

The spirit of innovation has certainly ramped up across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic. We, as physical therapists, are doing our part to provide care outside the traditional clinic setting, and keep you away from any trips to the emergency room or doctor’s office.

As we are evolving our new style of care essential to reach those isolated in quarantine, we have initiated a partnership with an online telehealth platform called Physitrack. This digital tool has many valuable uses and will allow you to access Brandon or I and receive telehealth care should you choose not to attend the clinic (yes, we are OPEN!). We believe this use of technology will bring significant value to you and enhance your experience at Stoneking Physical Therapy. Effective for the duration of our current state of emergency, and public health emergency, Governor Phil Murphy has declared (effective March 9, 2020) that all copays, deductibles, and coinsurance be waived for telehealth services.

Getting started is easy!

You will receive the same impeccable quality of care but now from the comfort and convenience of your home. All that is needed on your part is to contact our office at 609-883-7528 or by email atstonekingptwellness.com@gmail.com and provide us with your email address. We will set-up a Physitrack account for you and schedule an appointment time. To access the Physitrack system you can go to their website, Physiapp.com, or download the app on your smartphone or tablet. There are no extra fees to use this platform and the app is free. You can use it on MAC, PC, tablet, and/or smartphone.

We want to assure you that all information is HIPAA compliant, like all electronic medical records in hospitals, which means your health information, personal information, and data are completely Secure.

For those of you who prefer to continue coming to our clinic, or are contemplating a return, we have taken the following steps to protect your health:

  1. Temperature check upon arrival
  2. Provision of protective face masks and gloves
  3. Immediate wipe down of all contact surfaces
  4. Spacing of patient appointments to allow for better “social distancing”
  5. Recent commercial pandemic cleaning of the office, including “fumigation” of the entire office

Trust us when we say that you are not alone in this crisis. Fortunately, with this technology you no longer need to suffer in silence. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the care you’ve relied on us for.

Yours In Health,

Richard and Brandon Stoneking
